Products
Kando delivers products Australia wide using the excellent services of Contract Logistics.
Orders equal to or over $300 in value are delivered free of charge. The delivery charge for orders less than $300 is $14.90.
Orders confirmed via phone or website before 2pm will be picked and dispatched on the same day.
All orders are despatched from Brisbane, shipping times vary from 1-3 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Equipment
Orders for Kando Equipment have freight charges added separately. These charges are advised upon order based on type of equipment and delivery location.

4. Customer Service
Kando Dental is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 1-3 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
